As owner of freshtracks, Seana has a passion for helping the business and organizations that want to do good in this world realize their goals. Whether it’s bringing community ideas into a new project or getting an important message out to the public, her team will work to ensure the experience is smooth and, well, actually fun. Seana has a proven track record of engaging diverse stakeholders and groups in designing collaborative solutions to complex issues. She brings more than 15 years experience in the areas of meeting facilitation, multi-stakeholder process design, communications and community collaboration. Seana is known for her creativity and ability to bring authentic consensus around difficult issues through thoughtful process design and plenty of good humor.
Greyson Howard | Associate
Greyson has worked in journalism and marketing in the Truckee/Tahoe area since 2006. Writing for various publications, he has covered a wide range of regional subjects and has developed a broad knowledge base of local issues and organizations. Greyson has a unique talent for turning complex information into a meaningful message for the community. He also has experience in photography, videography, content management and analytics. Jenna Holland | Associate
Jenna Holland brings more than 15 years of experience in both nonprofit and for profit business to Freshtracks, specializing in project management, fundraising strategy, communications strategy, direct mail and email fundraising, copywriting, advocacy and engagement, working for groups such as the Surfrider Foundation. Living in rural Sierraville north of Lake Tahoe with her husband and three children, Jenna loves to fish, cook, read and run.
Jill Sanford | Associate
Jill brings a background as a creative storyteller and content marketing specialist with a passion for outdoor recreation, along with solving environmental and economic problems in the Sierra. Originally from Placerville, Jill studied at the University of Puget Sound and is a published journalist with more than five years experience. In addition to exploring Truckee’s surrounding slopes, rivers and trails, Jill also loves list making, hand lettering & typography, and sketching in her journal.
James Johnson | Design + Production
Originally from Michigan, James came to Truckee for the mountains. The skiing, mountain biking, and trail running brought him here. Specializing in Graphic Design, Web Design, and Digital Media, James has a wide range of skills that can be an asset to any project. He is also the founder/owner of Cliff Drop Design, a Truckee-based graphic design company.
Nicole Todd Bailey | Organizational Effectiveness Advisor
Nicole brings a wide range of leadership and intercultural experience ranging from her six years at Apple Inc. managing the Worldwide Employee Development team to her two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa. She currently serves as a board director for the Family Resource Center of Truckee and provides consulting services. Prior to moving to Tahoe three years ago, she provided organizational effectiveness consulting services to corporate and nonprofit clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. She received her BA in Communications from Northwestern University and MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management. Nicole and her husband Eric have two adopted children.
Catherine Hansford | Economic + Financial Analysis
Catherine brings her financial and economic analysis skills to the team when the path forward requires a careful look at the numbers. As owner and founder of Hansford Economic Consulting, Catherine works in Northern Nevada and California assisting clients with fiscal and financial issues, infrastructure funding issues, and economic development opportunities. With a unique knack for making very complex financial and economic analysis information easy to understand, Catherine is an excellent team member when organizations need to make hard decisions and create strategies based on solid financial and economic data.
