Seana Doherty | OWNER + MASTER FACILITATOR
Seana Doherty has a passion for helping organizations that want to do good in this world realize their goals. Seana has a proven track record of engaging diverse stakeholders and groups in designing collaborative solutions to complex issues. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the areas of meeting facilitation, multi-stakeholder process design, communications and community collaboration. Seana is known for her creativity and ability to build authentic consensus around difficult issues through thoughtful process design and plenty of good humor. Trained as a Master Facilitator by the Institute of Cultural Affairs, Seana is committed to creating spaces where multiple opinions, diverse views and maximum participation create winning paths forward for mission driven organizations.
Currently, Seana works for the Town of Truckee as the Housing Program Manager, working with staff and the community to facilitate ways to increase the supply of homes for workers. When she is not working for the Town or facilitating meetings for community groups, Seana can be found exploring rivers with her family, mountain biking trails with her friends or making fresh tracks in the backcountry.
