Truckee Donner Park and Recreation District – Strategic Planning Process
In 2014 we conducted a large, data-driven strategic planning process for the Truckee Donner Recreation and Park District. The goal of the process was to create a road map of priorities for the next five years. The planning process took place over eight months and included significant stakeholder input and an organizational assessment including financial and program forecasting as well as market research about comparable communities. Tahoe Truckee Airport District Master Plan
From 2012-2014 we assisted the Tahoe Truckee Airport District with their Master Planning process. Over 500 people participated via public workshops, on-line surveys and other outreach efforts. The result of the process was a community-driven Master Plan and dollars saved through a reduction in changes to the Plan leading up to final approval. Click here to review the Master Plan.

Sommersett Owners Association, Amenities Assessment Report
In 2014, we partnered with Hansford Economic Consulting to conduct market research and an amenities assessment to assist the Association Board with long term capital planning efforts. Click here to review the report.
